1. Payment Terms
All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, stripe.com,paypal, wire transfers and other online payment methods.

2. Shipping Information
We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. In most typical cases we ship for free with Fedex Ground.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy:
3.A) The First thirty days:
Within the first thirty-day (30) period from the date of delivery, you have the opportunity to inspect the item for any undocumented material defects, deficiencies, or missing components, Please note that refunds or exchanges for such issues will not be offered after this thirty-day period has elapsed. The warranty periods for item functionality are clearly indicated above. If an extended warranty period is needed or desired please feel free to reach out and contact us and we would be happy to help you
3.B) Warranty replacements:
For warranty replacements, should you encounter an issue with an item during the warranty period, please reach out to us with the serial number of the unit and the contact information of the person handling the issue. Our technical team will be in touch promptly. We greatly appreciate the inclusion of pictures highliting the issue. If it is determined that a replacement unit is necessary, we will promptly ship you a replacement, and expedited shipping is available upon request. We strongly advise against attempting to repair any item without first contacting us via email or by calling us at 877-2-NETGEN, as doing so may void the warranty.
3.C) Warranty policy for refurbished, used and new network equipment items:
If your purchased product malfunctions or fails during the warranty period, we will replace it asap
