2. Shipping Information

We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. In most typical cases we ship for free with Fedex Ground.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy:

3.A) The First thirty days:

Within the first thirty-day (30) period from the date of delivery, you have the opportunity to inspect the item for any undocumented material defects, deficiencies, or missing components,  Please note that refunds or exchanges for such issues will not be offered after this thirty-day period has elapsed. 

3.B) Warranty replacements:

For warranty replacements, should you encounter an issue with an item during the warranty period, please reach out to us with the serial number of the unit and the contact information of the person handling the issue. 

3.C) Warranty policy for refurbished, used and new network equipment items:

If your purchased product malfunctions or fails during the warranty period, we will replace it asap
